Harbor East to Allied Signal:
This segment will be developed into the master plan of the Allied Signal Site, and serve to link Historic Fell’s Point to the
Inner Harbor region. As a functional transit link to downtown’s central business district, the Baltimore Lift will boast
Baltimore’s attractiveness to potential outside corporations looking to expand into Baltimore.
The Baltimore lift will become the city transportation system!
